Couple of bugs I've noticed

1.  Time isn't working.  I forgot to put the heartbeat script in the mod we loaded on Friday.

2.  Can't access the thieves guild in Kohlis.  I failed to tag the other side of the door.

Will update the mod Monday afternoon.
