Far to many minor/code changes to list here.

The three most important changes are:

1.  Crafting was fixed so the skill counts properly increment now.

2.  The pricing of all merchandise was increased and an expanded selection of healing
kits have been added.  First step in balancing gold in the module.

3.  The shops in Kohlis have been stripped bare of all enhanced items.
