1. Racial starting points are overriding the persistent locations. So for this
weekend, every time you login you will start at your racial town.
2. I enabled the ability for NPCs to cross over transitions. This was done with the
intent of having guards moving about an entire city instead of a single area.
This is causing some issues I did not expect. For instance, the Gilded Lilly
innkeeper left the inn and journeyed all the way to Kohlis. So far he hasn't
decided to return. Perhaps he is looking to open another inn? There are some
other areas this appears to be affecting including guards that are AWOL.
3. There are some spawn issues in Varna Lond. I thought I had taken care of them
but evidently I was not thorough.
4. The potion shop in Noisington does not work.
5. Noisington is missing the PC to provide help to new players

A few minor issues
1. Churberg guard corpses are not processing immediately after death
2. The farmer and ox in j27 are not spawning
3. Pack ox sign in churberg is located in the wrong place
4. Transition from J27 to I27 is not working
5. Road in H26 needs to be removed and road sign to Port Hadlock needs to be added
6. Innkeeper rumors are not working exactly right as the rumor should be displayed
after the conversation ends.
7. Need to remove all those ambient scripts from the pubs. Perhaps replace them
with a system from the vault.

Some transitions may move you to the area you just left. Such as moving from n34 to O34 will move you back to n34.
This is caused by some very sloppy trigger drawing. I would expect most of these problems to be south of the mountains, areas with numbers lower than 24.
Please reply in this topic to any areas other than n34/o34 that has this problem.
I will endeavor to review the transitions of every area over the next week or two.

Todays update fixes the issues listed here except for the spawns in varna lond and the rambling npcs.
