Update 0_30 Beta 1

A few fixes

Lots of work in crafting. What I consider core crafting skills, armor, weapon, bowyer, leather working, tailoring, tinkering, alchemy, and scribing are fully supported. Some items, such as ink for scribing or feathers for bowyer are sold in shops.

Extra resources, especially mineable rocks and gem sources were added.

Crafted armor and arrow properties have been modified. Further modifications will happen during the next update. Skilled crafters will be capable of creating powerful items.

Skills have been modified so that every item combination may be crafted to the exceptional value. Don't expect to succeed very often on the higher items.
