Hi, perk 31 replied to by post on the vault so I thought I would come check this server out, I just bought NWN plat edition yesterday and still havent played online. I got the neccesary update and am ready to play. I just need a little help, with like, getting to this server, whats the best characters to make, stuff like that. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

I can help with getting to server ... you can either look for under the action catagory or do a direct connect to 69.15.97.199:5121. As for a good character ... each race and class has its different advantages and disavantages. I am currently playing a cleric and a palemaster ... I would start with a fighter for a brand new player who has never played before ... each of will have aur respecting oppinions ... like you could do a ranger that uses a bow and then switches to a longsword or whatever for close combat ... this is up to you ... We are tyring to build the mod trying to keep all classes in mind. So go with nuts and have fun ... if you don't like the one you are playing you can always start a new character. Our server requires several hak packs to be installed.  These haks can be found in the Required Haks Forum on the website or just click http://www.chaoticabyss.com/viewtopic.php?t=6

If you need help getting the haks installed let me know, or if you are on dial up I'll be happy to burn the haks to a cd for you.

If you are completely new to NWN I would recommend either a fighter or barbarian.  Adding 6 levels of rogue to either class make a very good build without a lot of complexity.
